Construction division of GIS International Group is based out of Noviy Urengoy.

• Novozapolyarny Settlement for 3,500 people at the Zapolyarny Gas-Oil-Condensate Deposit.
• Residential building with 54 residences in the town of Pavlovka, Republic of Bashkortostan.
• 150-bed hostel with a general store in the town of Gubkinsky.
• 196-bed hostel in the town of Gubkinsky.
• 9-story residential tower in Noviy Urengoy.
• Gas-Oil-Condensate Deposit for 300 people in Noviy Urengoy.
• 154 bed hostel with fitness and cultural facility in the UKPG neighborhood 9.
• 154 bed hostel with fitness and cultural facility in the UKPG neighborhood 9,13, and 15.
• Residential camp with a hotel with 15 sleeping spaces and two 154-bed hostel with a fitness facility.
• Departure Lounge for 70 passengers near Noviy Urengoy Airport.
• Dormitory for 40 beds. Dormitory for 71 beds

Presently the construction is under way. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2009.

• Residential buildings for 150 and 196 apartments in the city of Gubkinskiy.
• 154 bed hostel with fitness and cultural facility.
• 100 bed hostel on the compression station “ Shatrovsky ”.

• 11 luxury rooms.
• 17 double occupancy rooms.
• 15 single occupancy rooms.

Restaurant and bar built for the convenience of the guests.

One sectional building, 9 residential floors with climate controlled basement and attic. Floor to Ceiling height of each floor is 3 meters.

45 residences in the building, including:

• 9 one bedroom homes (44,8 m ).
• 9 two bedroom homes (77,9 m ).
• 27 three bedroom homes (between 102,5 m and 105,5 m ).

Separate bathrooms. Kitchen area between 10,9 m and 16,3 m. Building was built in 11 months.

This contemporary and nicely designed complex consists of:

• Two 4-story dormitories.
• Fitness facility.
• Department store.

This construction was performed from “zero”, where there were no roads, or any infrastructure or engineering facilities.
From 1997 the following has been built:

• two residential modules, each for 956 people, with a sport-and-leisure block.
• three 118-bed hostels.
• two houses each with 24 apartments.
• sauna and laundry facility.
• bank with additional office for the Noviy Urengoy Bran.ch of Zapsibcombank.
• Power distribution unit – 6.
• Two hostels, one with 100, the other with 104 beds.

Sport and cultural complex is under construction.

This site was built to a very tight schedule (10 months).

The complex includes:

• Two 154-bed hostels.
• 15-bed hotel.
• Sport-and-leisure block with connecting galleries.
